Hi! My name is Fog, and this is my blog! Thank you for stopping by!

This blog doesn't have much of a consistent theme other than "whatever I decide to write about." I've had a lot of moments in the past where I've begun drafting something in my head and wishing I had a blog to post it on. I've attempted to maintain blogs before, but, between a lack of attention span and a distaste for the interfaces of the various sites I've tried, they've all fizzled out. My hope is that this blog will survive thanks to the high customizability afforded by Neocities and Zonelets.

For most of my 24 years of life, I've had a love for personal websites born of the hours I spent on Pokémon fansites as a kid. I'm also interested in writing, and I'm hoping a consistent blogging experience will enable me to develop my skill (and give me an excuse to practice!).

I'm currently nearing the end of my bachelor's degree in Classics. After that, I may continue to study Classics at the graduate level. As such, expect a fair amount of writing about literature and languages. Aside from that, I also intend to touch on more personal subjects, such as religion and LGBT topics. Such posts may be controversial, but I frequently find myself wishing I had a way to put my views into the world.
